Bluecopa secures US$7.5M in Series A funding
Bluecopa, an AI-native finance operations automation platform, today announced it has raised US$7.5 million in Series A funding.
The round was led by Singapore-based Analog Partners, with continued participation from existing investors Blume Ventures and Dallas Venture Capital. With this raise, Bluecopa’s total funding now stands at US$11.6 million, including backing from leading founders and finance leaders.
The Series A follows a breakout year for Bluecopa, which recorded over 5× revenue growth and a 3× increase in customers in 2025. The new capital marks a significant milestone in the company’s mission to redefine enterprise finance operations and will be used to accelerate product innovation in autonomous finance while expanding its footprint across APAC, North America, and the Middle East.
“This funding accelerates our vision of autonomous finance—where routine processes run themselves and finance teams focus on strategic decisions,” said Satya Prakash, Co-Founder & CEO of Bluecopa. “We’re building specialised foundation models so every finance leader has an AI-native platform that doesn’t just automate tasks, but fundamentally reimagines how finance operations should work.”
AI is increasingly exposing the limitations of legacy finance systems built around batch processing, siloed data, and manual controls. Analysts estimate the global autonomous finance market could reach US$27–57 billion by 2030, growing at 16–18% annually, as CFOs prioritise real-time, scalable, and AI-native finance architectures.
“Globally, the CFO tech stack is undergoing a massive transformation, and Bluecopa is uniquely positioned to disrupt this space,” said Ashish Shastry, Founder & Partner at Analog Partners. “The team has shown strong execution, deep product thinking, and the ability to solve complex enterprise problems.”
Bluecopa’s AI-native, cloud-agnostic platform enables CFOs and finance teams to run end-to-end financial processes across continuous close, reporting, receivables, and payables. Its proprietary AI engine, Samyx AI, autonomously executes finance workflows on a fully governed data backbone—delivering speed, accuracy, and audit-ready operations at scale.
“Finance teams today are overwhelmed by fragmented systems and month-end fire drills,” said Raghavendra Reddy, Co-Founder & COO of Bluecopa. “By automating up to 90% of reconciliations and enabling continuous close, Bluecopa delivers a unified AI-native operations layer for modern enterprises.”
Bluecopa currently serves large public and private enterprises across eCommerce, retail, logistics, travel, and BFSI, including a Fortune 50 global retailer. Customers report up to 70% faster close cycles, 50% gains in process efficiency, and a 90% reduction in errors.
“Autonomous finance is becoming a core pillar of the modern CFO stack, and Bluecopa is at the forefront of this shift,” said Sanjay Nath, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Blume Ventures. “The team continues to execute with speed, win demanding customers, and deliver measurable outcomes.”
