Credolab Partners with FICO to Expand Access to Behavioural Credit Intelligence on FICO Marketplace

Credolab, a global leader in device and behavioural metadata analytics, today announced it has joined the FICO® Marketplace as an official partner, listed under the Data & Intelligence and Fraud & Threat Intelligence categories. The partnership gives FICO® Platform clients direct access to Credolab’s behavioural risk scoring, fraud detection, and alternative credit intelligence capabilities.

FICO Marketplace clients can now integrate Credolab’s behavioural intelligence directly into FICO Platform workflows — enriching model development with orthogonal behavioural features, sharpening strategy design with real-time risk and intent signals, and filtering out bots, device farms, and synthetic identities at the top of the onboarding funnel, before costly downstream checks are triggered.

The listing gives clients a faster path to operationalizing AI, making it easy to discover, access, and deploy a curated range of pre-built offerings — including AI models, data services, and analytics — all within FICO Platform.

Credolab’s behavioral intelligence helps FICO Platform customers achieve three strategic outcomes: expanding financial inclusion, improving risk separation, and reducing credit losses. By incorporating alternative behavioral risk signals alongside traditional credit data, lenders can more accurately assess underserved consumers, identify risks that conventional models miss, and strengthen underwriting decisions. The result is broader access to credit, greater predictive power across applicant segments, and lower delinquency and default rates through more precise credit allocation and risk management.

“Joining the FICO Marketplace is a significant milestone for Credolab. Behavioural risk intelligence is quickly becoming its own category in credit decisioning, distinct from fraud detection, complementary to traditional and transaction scores, and we’ve built our entire platform around it. FICO’s global reach and platform depth give this signal the scale it deserves, helping lenders finally see the applicants that traditional data alone would miss,” said Michele Tucci, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Credolab.

Credolab’s architecture is built for the kind of multi-provider, layered integration FICO Marketplace customers rely on within the FICO Platform. Functioning as a complementary enrichment layer — not a replacement for existing bureau data, risk models, or fraud tools — Credolab connects across all three layers of the platform: Workflow Orchestration, Model Building, and Strategy Design.

“Credolab addresses one of the most persistent challenges in credit risk — the inability to make confident decisions on applicants who simply don’t appear in bureau data. By bringing Credolab’s behavioural intelligence into FICO Marketplace, we’re giving our clients a proven, privacy-safe capability to extend credit access responsibly, reduce defaults, and compete in markets where alternative data isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s essential,” said Jason Andrew, Chief Revenue Officer at FICO.

FICO Marketplace, accessible directly within FICO Platform, gives customers a catalog of offerings from trusted, pre-vetted providers — reshaping how companies gain value from AI. This foundation of data and assets fuels advanced decisioning — an emerging field that harnesses, understands and improves data-based decisions, leveraging human expertise with AI objectivity, and drives more ROI from AI.

Platform customers can go from discovery to test calls with a third-party data service or API within hours — bringing speed and agility to both existing and new use cases.
