Banking Circle S.A. (Banking Circle) has expanded its collaboration with OSL Group (HKEX: 863), a global stablecoin payment and trading platform, to support the global growth of OSL’s business solutions, connecting institutional clients to multi-currency payment rails across five additional currencies beyond EUR.

Banking Circle is now supporting OSL across six currencies, including AUD, EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD and USD, as OSL’s B2B business expands into new markets.

Under the new collaboration, Banking Circle will provide OSL the infrastructure to streamline fiat settlement, crypto conversion, and liquidity management across OSL’s business platforms. By leveraging Banking Circle’s 24/7 instant payment network BC-Now, OSL enables institutional clients to receive, convert, and settle funds globally 365 days a year through a single, compliant platform, eliminating the need to manage multiple banking relationships across different jurisdictions.

The announcement comes as clearer regulatory frameworks for digital assets—including MiCAR in Europe and the GENIUS Act in the U.S.— drive increasing institutional adoption. OSL’s European subsidiary, OSL EU, was recently authorized as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) under MiCAR, further strengthenin its global footprint. As stablecoins move further into regulated financial services, institutions need reliable fiat connectivity to enable seamless payments, settlement and compliant on- and off-ramp capabilities.

Eugene Cheung, Chief Commercial Officer at OSL Group, said: “The next phase of digital asset adoption will be driven by real-world payment use cases. As businesses increasingly look to move seamlessly between fiat and stablecoins, they need infrastructure that is regulated, scalable and internationally connected. Expanding our relationship with Banking Circle strengthens the foundation of OSL’s global businesses, enabling us to support clients across more currencies and markets through a single, trusted platform.”

Kirit Bhatia, Chief Digital Assets Officer at Banking Circle, commented: “OSL is a leading name in regulated digital assets, and this expansion shows how digital asset firms are moving beyond trading into real payment use cases. We are proud to support OSL with the capabilities and infrastructure needed to help its clients move money across currencies, markets and rails.”

Banking Circle combines global reach, real-time capability and the credibility of a licensed bank in one interoperable platform, giving financial institutions such as OSL a faster, simpler and more controlled way to move money across markets, currencies and rails.
