On Monday 2 November, the UK’s financial crime community will gather at Financial Crime 360 (FC360) for one of the country’s major anti-financial crime events.

Hosted by The Payments Association, FC360 will bring together senior representatives from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Bank of England, City of London Police and Pay.UK, alongside leaders from banking, payments, fintech, technology and law enforcement. The event will provide a forum for collaboration, knowledge sharing and action against the growing threat of financial crime.

As fraud, money laundering, sanctions risks and AI-enabled crime continue to evolve, FC360 will offer attendees direct access to regulators, policymakers and industry bodies shaping the UK’s response. More than 1,500 attendees are expected, including senior decision-makers from organisations such as Visa, HSBC, NatWest, Barclays, Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, PayPal, Mastercard, Google, Citi, Monzo, Revolut, Starling Bank and UK Finance.

Bringing Together the Organisations Shaping Financial Crime Prevention

FC360 will give the UK financial crime community an opportunity to hear directly from regulators, law enforcement agencies, industry bodies and private-sector leaders under one roof.

The conference will explore regulatory priorities, payment system resilience, fraud prevention initiatives, financial crime intelligence sharing and the future direction of the UK’s anti-financial crime strategy.

As financial crime becomes increasingly sophisticated and interconnected, FC360 aims to strengthen public- and private-sector collaboration and collective defences.

Industry Leaders Driving the Conversation

The programme features more than 80 expert speakers, including Matthew Long, Payments and Digital Assets Lead at the FCA; Beth Harris, Head of Department at the FCA; David Crawford, Chief Strategy and Product Officer at Pay.UK; Bernadette Smith, Chief Customer and Banking Officer at Starling Bank; Rebecca Marriott, Chief Risk Officer at Tide; and Guillemette Loisel, Chief Compliance Officer at Euroclear UK & International.

The wider programme includes speakers from Google, Nationwide, Santander, Monzo, PayPal, Citi, Lloyds Banking Group and other organisations working at the forefront of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, compliance and financial crime risk management.

  • Anti-money laundering effectiveness
  • Artificial intelligence and emerging criminal threats
