Visa and TECH5 Form Seven-Year Digital ID Partnership
Visa Inc. (NYSE: V), a global leader in digital payments, and TECH5, an international provider of biometric and digital identity management technologies, have entered into a long-term strategic collaboration to accelerate the development and deployment of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) solutions worldwide. The agreement, formalized in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, spans an initial term of seven years.
Under the partnership, Visa’s digital payment capabilities will be integrated with TECH5’s biometric and identity management solutions to create secure, interoperable, and scalable digital ecosystems. The collaboration will also explore the rollout of identity wallets with embedded payment functionality, designed to enhance trust and enable seamless digital transactions.

Visa will provide strategic support for TECH5’s business development initiatives, advise on institutional engagement, and contribute funding to joint projects. Both companies will also align on a unified sales, business development, and marketing framework to guide partnership activities.
