PassEntry Secures Strategic Investment to Enhance Digital Pass Issuance And Global Reach
PassEntry announced a strategic investment led by Bonsai Partners and Acurio Ventures to strengthen its leadership in digital pass issuance and enhance integrations with point-of-sale (POS) systems worldwide, driving accelerated growth. This investment is expected to enable PassEntry to grow its customer base 300% and expand into five new countries with a particular focus on North America and APAC.
PassEntry is redefining the way businesses distribute and manage digital passes, from loyalty cards and event tickets to membership passes, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience within the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. To this end, the company aims to have a presence in more than 10 major markets to solidify its position as a global leader in the digital pass industry by the end of 2025.
