Netgraph, the investment arm of leading global payment orchestration platform Paysecure, has today announced that it has become a major shareholder in Valuno Group AB after agreeing to convert over €1m of historical loan investments in the company into new shares.

By converting its investment loans into equity, Paysecure will now own over 20% of the equity and shareholder votes in Valuno Group AB.

Valuno AB first entered into a partnership with Paysecure in September 2023; since then, the two have been working closely to focus on the development of innovative, scalable crypto settlement solutions.

Founded in 2016, Valuno AB is a Swedish fintech company that is focused on making cryptocurrencies more accessible for businesses and consumers. The business, which has been listed on NGM Nordic SME since July 2019, has processed over €1bn in transaction volume to date through its digital asset products and services.

As part of the collaboration, Paysecure has already integrated Atlas, Valuno’s stablecoin transaction platform, into its payment orchestration infrastructure to support settlement flows.

Atlas brings together traditional payment infrastructure and stablecoin-based settlement, enabling businesses to manage international transactions through a more connected payment ecosystem. The technology is designed to simplify cross-border settlement, offering greater flexibility in how funds are transferred between businesses and payment partners.

For Paysecure, the integration forms part of its wider approach to payment orchestration, giving merchants and partners access to a broader range of payment and settlement capabilities through a single platform.

With Netgraph now taking a significant equity position, the two companies are looking to build on this progress, with plans to expand their partnership and jointly develop new crypto-based services throughout Autumn 2026.

Mike Peplow, Chief Operating Officer at Paysecure, said: “Converting our loan investments into equity is a clear statement of how we see Valuno’s future. We’ve built a strong relationship over the past few years, and this is a natural next step for us.

“As a shareholder, we intend to actively engage with Valuno to build a strong and dynamic partnership for the long term as we continue exploring new ways to make settlement more efficient and accessible for businesses.”
