Rogo Raises $50M Series B to Scale AI-Powered Finance Platform
Rogo has announced a $50 million Series B funding round, led by Thrive Capital with participation from J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Tiger Global, and Positive Sum Ventures. The round also saw continued support from existing backers including Khosla Ventures, BoxGroup, and AlleyCorp, bringing the company’s total funding to $75 million.
Rogo’s mission is as ambitious as it is clear: to build Wall Street’s first AI analyst. By developing domain-specific large language models (LLMs) that understand the intricate nuances of high finance, Rogo is creating tools that go beyond automation—tools that think, reason, and deliver the analytical edge institutional investors demand.
“Finance isn’t just about speed—it’s about seeing what others can’t. That’s the bar we’ve set for Rogo,” said Gabe Stengel, CEO and Co-Founder.
While today’s generative AI is proficient at routine tasks, Rogo aims higher: delivering a system that rivals the sharpest minds on Wall Street. Early traction with leading institutions such as Nomura, Lazard, Moelis, GTCR, Raymond James, and Tiger Global signals the transformative potential of Rogo’s bespoke deployments.
“Our strategic integration of Rogo is going to transform how we deliver value to clients,” said Patrice Maffre, International Head of Investment Banking at Nomura.
Unlike generic AI tools, Rogo’s value lies in deep specialization. Each implementation is tailored, with a focus on data security, strategic partnership, and trust. The startup’s team includes former Gemini AI researchers, Citadel quants, and Blackstone investors, combining elite AI engineering with deep financial acumen.
With fresh funding in hand, Rogo is accelerating its work on secure financial reasoning models and autonomous AI agents—intelligence that could redefine deal-making, market analysis, and investment strategy.
As financial institutions race to become AI-first, Rogo stands out as a partner capable of delivering the next generation of financial insight.
