Enfuce, a leading issuer processing platform, has partnered with Shuttel, a Dutch provider of mobility expense and benefits solutions backed by Volkswagen Financial Services and Pon, to launch a next-generation open-loop mobility payment card in the Netherlands.

The new Visa Fleet 2.0 card, powered by Enfuce’s cloud-native platform, will enable seamless payment for fuel, EV charging, and parking—combining universal Visa acceptance with advanced spend controls, real-time tracking, and AI-driven fraud prevention.

This open-loop solution enhances Shuttel’s current closed-loop offering, unlocking greater flexibility, smarter controls, and a streamlined user experience. It ensures full regulatory compliance and integrates with HR and expense platforms to simplify mobility cost management.

“Our collaboration with Shuttel marks a major milestone in bringing Visa Fleet 2.0 to the European mobility landscape,” said Monika Liikamaa, co-CEO & co-founder of Enfuce. “We’re setting a new standard for flexible, secure, and compliant mobility solutions.”

Denise Johansson, co-CEO & co-founder of Enfuce, added:
“Mobility is evolving fast. With Shuttel, we’re helping companies manage mobility smarter and more efficiently.”

Joëlle Stokkel, Innovation Manager at Shuttel, said:
“Open-loop technology allows us to offer a versatile, globally accepted payment solution. With seamless integration, real-time insights, and strong security, this is a big step toward simplifying and modernizing business mobility.”

Together, Enfuce and Shuttel are redefining corporate mobility—making it smarter, safer, and more efficient for modern workforces.
