Silverflow, the modern card acquiring processing platform, has partnered with Griner, a global payments processor delivering fast, simple and flexible solutions for PSPs, marketplaces and eCommerce businesses. As the two companies build on a successful launch in Cyprus, they prepare for further regional expansion across key European markets.

The move comes as acquirers across Europe face growing pressure to modernise legacy infrastructure while keeping pace with merchant demand for faster onboarding, more flexible processing and resilient payment rails. For Griner, partnering with Silverflow means being able to scale that offering without the overhead traditionally associated with rebuilding acquiring infrastructure from the ground up.

Since the launch, the partnership has seen strong early results: transaction volumes have climbed steadily month on month as merchant adoption grows, onboarding has become noticeably faster than under its previous infrastructure and merchants are live faster than before. Both companies point to the rollout as early validation that a cloud-native acquiring platform together with a global payments processor supports both local and cross-border needs.

Sveta Bulshtein Krasnov, CCO at Griner Finance Ltd, said: “Griner moves fast. We needed a technology partner that could keep up. Silverflow gave us that from day one. When we launched, we went live quickly. Our merchants got what we promised them: a flexible, efficient and streamlined payment experience from the first transaction. Our vision requires an infrastructure that works now and scales with us. Silverflow was a natural partner to help us deliver that.”

Nigel Thacker, Chief Commercial Officer at Silverflow, said:“What’s been great to watch is how quickly Griner has been able to translate agility into real results in Cyprus. They’re ambitious, they move fast, and they’re not willing to compromise on the personal relationships they’ve built with their merchants just because they’re scaling up. That’s the whole point of a modern acquiring platform: it should get out of the way and let global payment processors like Griner focus on what makes them different.

Looking ahead, Griner is preparing to expand into new markets, with projects already underway.
